Refund policy

At Brownie Darling, we take great care in packaging and shipping our products. We partner with top logistics companies to ensure reliable and efficient delivery. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. Please note that our products are not returnable due to their perishable nature. All refunds are processed within 2-4 working days of cancellation or from the date of receipt.
Exceptions:
- If your brownie slabs/pieces/units arrive spoiled or damaged due to improper logistics or handover, please contact us at hello@browniedarling.com or WhatsApp us on +91-93193 94416.
- Our team will inspect the issue and reach out to you with a solution.
Logistics:
- We partner with trusted and top logistics companies to ensure your package is handled with care.
- Our logistics partners are carefully selected to guarantee efficient and reliable delivery.
Partial Cash on Delivery (COD):
When a customer places an order using Partial Cash on Delivery (COD), the pre-paid amount is designated as a commitment fee and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
The pre-paid amount will not be refunded if the order is:
- Cancelled by the customer before or during processing of the order.
- Cancelled by the customer while the shipment is in transit.
- Refused or cancelled by the customer at the time of delivery (at the doorstep).
Packaging:
- We take extra precautions in packaging our products, using approximately 4 layers of packaging to ensure safe transit.
Refund/s:
- If we determine that the issue was caused by our error or improper logistics, we will provide a refund or replacement, whichever is applicable.
- Refunds are usually processed within 2-4 working days.
Returns:
- Please note that our products are perishable and not returnable (with a shelf life of upto 15-20 days, depending on the choice of flavour). However, if your order arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us immediately at hello@browniedarling.com or Whatsapp us on +91-93193 94416 immediately. We'll do our best to resolve the issue and ensure you have a delightful experience with us. While we take utmost care in packaging and shipping, any damage caused by third-party logistics is beyond our control.
Cancellations
- You can cancel/alter any order or part of an order within immediately or by the time the order has not been processed. Any amount paid will be refunded (in the case the order has not been processed) using the same mode of payment that was used to make the purchase. Just drop an email to hello@browniedarling.com or WhatsApp us on +91-93193 94416 with the reference number/order ID of your purchase order, in case you have ordered the wrong product or if you wish to cancel. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately or if the the order is not processed. The cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been dispatched.

Note:
We are not responsible for damage caused by factors outside our control, such as extreme temperatures, humidity, or mishandling.
- Once an order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled/altered.
- We do not accommodate changes to the delivery address due to incorrect submission, while the order is in transit.
- It is the customer's responsibility to coordinate with the delivery team at the time of delivery.
- Brownie Darling will not be held responsible for providing changes to delivery addresses, time slots, or dates.
- Brownie Darling will not be held responsible if customers are unavailable for pickup or delivery of orders, as our products are perishable in nature. We urge customers to receive their products on the first delivery attempt to ensure freshness and quality. No refunds will be provided if delivery or pickup is missed.
