Shipping policy

Per the Indian government guidelines, we ship to all serviceable pin codes in India. We generally dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours of receiving the order, from Monday-Saturday, we do not ship on Sundays and public holidays. Reputed delivery partners/logistics companies ship all purchases from our warehouse. All order confirmations are sent as text messages or WhatsApp messages, to allow confirmation of the order along with valid tracking information, which may be available after 24 hours.

Delivery Across India

  • We offer nationwide delivery across India! Our fresh-baked goods are carefully handed over to reliable express shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery.

Delivery Timeline

  • Metro cities: 24-48 hours
  • Tier-2, Tier-3, and Jammu & Kashmir: 48-72 hours (dependent on location).

Free Delivery

  • FREE DELIVERY on orders above Rs. 799! 
  • New Delhi: Rs. 29 for orders under Rs. 799. 

  • Haryana & Uttar Pradesh: Rs. 39 for orders under Rs. 799. 

  • Rest of India: Rs. 69 for orders under Rs. 799.

Delivery Details

  • We dispatch orders from Monday to Saturday.
  • Reputed express couriers like Bluedart, Delhivery, and DTDC deliver our orders.

Occasionally, we run deals/schemes offering free delivery or deals waiving off the delivery charge.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to us on the day of delivery or within 2 days of receiving your Package via email at hello@browniedarling.com or Whatsapp us on +91-93193 94416.

However, please note Brownie Darling (A brand under Lazy Bums Apparel Private Limited) is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3-5 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID and WhatsApp number as specified during registration for smooth tracking of packages.

  • While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
  • Brownie Darling will not be held responsible if customers are unavailable for pickup or delivery of orders, as our products are perishable in nature. We urge customers to receive their products on the first delivery attempt to ensure freshness and quality. No refunds will be provided if delivery or pickup is missed.
